O. Reg 363/20 and 364/20, as amended, allows us to resume normal occupancy (8 persons per Unit per the Resort Owners Agreement), but still requires physical distance while outdoors on the property. LEGAL RESTRICTIONS (federal, provincial, local):

In addition to the usual physical distancing and general masking requirements the, following restrictions apply at Corbett:

OCCUPANCY There are no general provincial restrictions on occupancy (see Corbett Cove Restrictions below). Anyone residing outside the SMDHU should abide by any restrictions applicable in their health unit.
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES / GATHERINGS Practice physical distancing between non-household members. Contact sports prohibited.
RENTALS Allowed (subject to occupancy restrictions)
RENTERS Allowed (subject to Occupancy restrictions above)
QUARANTINE International travellers are subject to quarantine restrictions.
SELF-ISOLATION The SMD Medical Officer has issued an Order requiring certain persons to self-isolate for 10 to 14 days. Anyone required to self-isolate may not occupy a unit. Fines may apply.
BUSINESSES Businesses generally open with some restrictions (capacity, distancing etc.); some services prohibited. Supplies may be limited. (Owners are encouraged to be as self-sufficient as possible.)

* 'Household': persons ordinarily living in the same residence. May include caregivers and up to one person normally living on their own.

CORBETT COVE RESTRICTIONS:

OCCUPANCY Subject to compliance with self-screening restrictions, occupancy is limited by the Resort Owners Agreement and the Rules to no more than 8 persons per unit. No person may quarantine or self-isolate at the Cove. No day visitors are permitted at this time due to continuing physical distancing requirements. While there is no requirement that those coming to Corbett Cove be fully vaccinated, we encourage all persons eligible to receive a vaccine do so.
PRE-ARRIVAL Confirmation and list of Occupants must be submitted by 6 p.m. of the Friday preceding Use Period. For stays of more than one week, no mid-stay cleaning.
NOTIFICATION Advise the Property Manager if any member of your party contracts Covid-19 during, or within 15 days of, your stay.
OTHER RULES OR RESTRICTIONS Adhere to Protocols in effect from time to time.
